"Amazing brow refresh by Sarah Smith"
Amazing brow refresh by Sarah Smith. I first went to YCLC for my brows back in 2018 before tying the knot. This is my second refresh, and each time I just adore them again. Sarah truly knows her stuff, and you feel completely at ease. The entire crew is super friendly and ready to help ⊠I showed up with a flat tyre, and they even lent a hand with that too! Fantastic customer service!!

"Amazing Lip Transformation by Sarah"
From the get-go, Sarah and her crew were super friendly, making me feel right at home. A few months back, I got my eyebrows done by Sarah, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Now, I've gone ahead and had my lips done since my natural color had faded away from the edges, making them look a bit thinner. We picked out the shade together, and let me tell you, they look incredible! My lips are as plump as they were in my younger days, and Iâm absolutely thrilled with the results. Sarah's talent is undeniable. Iâd totally recommend her to anyone!

I visited today to get my eyebrows done, and I gotta say, I'm totally in love with them!! The service was fantastic right from the second I stepped inside, and they explained everything thoroughly from beginning to end. I'm really looking forward to my top-up in six weeks; Sarah and her crew are just the best!!

"Incredible results and a great time"
Today was such an incredible experience when Sarah shaped my eyebrows for the first time. I honestly feel and look like a brand new person. They made me feel welcomed, heard, and included throughout the whole process. I absolutely adore my brows, and my teenage daughters are crazy about them too - that really means a lot! "My favorite spot for pampering!"
I gotta say, this spot really is my go-to for a good time. Every visit has been a fantastic experience, and I always leave feeling satisfied with the outcome. Sarah is just incredible at her craft... my brows look absolutely stunning đ. I just returned for a little eyebrow refresh after two years, and they only needed a minor touch-up since the initial results were so impressive. Definitely recommend!

"Obsessed with my new eyebrows! :-)"
A few months back, I scheduled an appointment for semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing. I got a confirmation right away, plus a reminder a few days before the actual appointment. When I showed up at the clinic on the day, the staff were super friendly and walked me through everything, from the paperwork to the procedure. I wasn't entirely sure about what I wanted, but Sarah helped me figure out the shape and color. She kept checking in with me to see if I wanted to tweak anything, but honestly, they turned out just perfect. I can't help but admire them; they really make my eyes pop! :-)

The team here is super professional and truly knows their stuff. You can trust them completely; they're reliable as can be. The tattoo removal results are incredible, leaving no scars or damage behind. They go above and beyond for you, and no question is too silly for them to answer quickly and with a smile. Iâm in the middle of getting my eyebrows lasered away (at a different spot) so I can have the super talented Sarah create some hair stroke ones for me! From the get-go during my consultation, Sarah and her team made me feel super relaxed. The vibe there is so warm and inviting, I was comfortable the whole time. "Absolutely Incredible Experience!"
I've gotten semi-permanent eyebrows and I'm totally in love with them - they're just fantastic, you can't even tell they're tattooed. The whole procedure was completely pain-free, and Sarah, the consultant, is just wonderful! My partner is also getting tattoo removal done - it's going great and fading quickly, and Hannah, the consultant, is also amazing! I can't find anything to complain about regarding the staff or the place - it's super clean and well-kept. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot! In fact, my friend is already scheduled to get her brows done too because mine look so great!

"Friendly Atmosphere... Expert Care"
I've undergone a few sessions for tattoo removal. One has completely disappeared, and I'm still in the process with the rest. Sarah and Hannah are incredibly friendly and maintain a high level of professionalism all the way. I'm looking to get semi-permanent eyebrows done soon, if my budget allows.
